1) Clarion Precision Medicine Inc. does not own or claim to own the medical technologies presented within its services.  The names and logos of the companies and products presented by Clarion Precision Medicine Inc. is solely used for the purposes of advertising under "Fair Use".  Clarion Precision Medicine Inc. does not represent those companies or their operations.  Illustrations are used under license from Wix and Adobe Stock.

2) Clarion Precision Medicine Inc. provides Body Imaging and Multi-cancer Early Detection as screening services only.  These products are intended generally for people age 50+ who are in good health, with no current or recent history of cancer (within 5 years), and are not currently experiencing symptoms suspicious for cancer.  These products are for use on a routine annual basis, or at an interval determined appropriate by the consumer's physician(s).

3) The products provided by Clarion Precision Medicine Inc. does not, and is not intended to replace conventional cancer screening modalities, such as Pap Smears, FIT tests, Mammograms, and Colonoscopies.  Some of these tests are the current Medical Industry's Gold Standard for their respective cancers, but are single-cancer screening modalities.  The Body Imaging and Multi-cancer Early Detection tests are meant to complements these tests.

4) The products and services provided by Clarion Precision Medicine Inc. are not FDA approved or Health Canada approved for diagnostic cancer testing.  These products are supported by published internal validation as well as evidence stemming from moderate to large scale prospective clinical trials.  Some of the products and technology used by testing companies have received CE marking, and FDA breakthrough device approval, but none of these amount to the equivalence of approval as a medical diagnostic test.

5) No test is perfect. That is, a positive test result from any of the screening tests offered by Clarion Precision Medicine Inc. does not guarantee a positive cancer result.  False positives can occur.  Further, a negative rest result from any of the screening tests offered by Clarion Precision Medicine Inc. does not guarantee a cancer-free status.  False Negatives can occur.  It is up to the consumer to remain vigilant of their own symptoms and seek medical attention in a timely fashion.

6) These products and services delivered by Clarion Precision Medicine Inc. are non-treating examinations.  That is, the client agrees as part of Terms & Conditions that they have received informed consent to participate in these tests for their own purposes.  Clarion Precision Medicine Inc. does not provide medical follow-up for negative test results.   For cases using Multi-cancer Early Detection where the consumer tests positive for cancer, Clarion Precision Medicine Inc. will cover the costs of a diagnostic imagining test specific to the cancer within the province of British Columbia or Alberta, where private imaging is readily available. 

Clarion Precision Medicine does not assume the responsibility of a treatment provider or Attending Physician.  Having a Primary Care Provider/Family Physician is highly recommended if consumers plan to participate in the products and services offered by Clarion Precision Medicine Inc.

 

7) Clarion Precision Medicine Inc. strives to bring cutting-edge medical technologies to consumers.  However it is not feasible for Clarion Precision Medicine Inc. to remain constantly up-to-date on all clinical trial information and immediately pivot to other partner providers for their products due to superiority.  These actions may take time to arrange.  Clarion Precision Medicine Inc. is not responsible for informing its customers, present, past, and future of any future developments or product availabilities.

8) Clarion Precision Medicine Inc. makes no representations and provides no warranties for the products provided.  All products provided by Clarion Precision Medicine Inc.'s partners are provided as is, where is.  Clarion Precision Medicine Inc. does not provide repeat screening tests offered (McED or Body Imaging) in case of a positive test.  The free Diagnostic follow-up imagining test (CT or MRI) is only offered to clients with a positive McED test, and not for clients with cancerous results on Body Imaging (MRI).  Clarion Precision Medicine Inc. provides no warranties for the follow-up diagnostic imaging study.

9) All Screening Test results are retrospective.  That is, they indicate probable or improbable risk of having cancers at the time of sampling (blood draw/MRI scan).  Since results are received 1-4 weeks after sampling time, new mutations could have arisen or expanded with unpredictable course which is not accounted for by the Screening Tests.  Repeated annual Screening Testing is suggested for consistency of vigilance.
